The Do Not Disturb Restaurant Group is a partnership between Larry, Michael, and Jason Pomeranc and Stephen Brandman. The group manages and operates end-destination restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues throughout North America.

At Thompson LES, Do Not Disturb showcases a number of restaurant and bar venues, including famed Chef Susur Lee’s SHANG and the SHANG Terrace, Above Allen, and the pool bar. Additionally, Do Not Disturb has conceptualized and currently operates The Libertine, located in New York’s financial district, and ZENTAN, located in Washington, D.C. The Libertine, located at Gild Hall, is an original concept of Jason Pomeranc and Stephen Brandman—a modern English tavern serving traditional favorites with a contemporary twist. Chef Susur Lee is the culinary mind behind ZENTAN at Donovan House in Washington D.C., which features his bold and inventive approach to pan-Asian cuisine. The group also operates the nightlife and dining venues at the Hollywood Roosevelt in Los Angeles.
