Tying Sophie’s eclectic menus together is her commitment to ensuring the provenance of her ingredients always shines through. Her crudo, small plates and salads are complemented by her fresh seafood and carefully sourced meats prepared a la plancha.
Sophie’s signatures include miso glazed lamb chops with sesame grilled aubergine and cucumber pickle, yuzu and jalapeño seabass ceviche, house-made clam and bottarga spaghetti, lobster & sorrel brioche rolls, and roasted Label Anglais chicken with confit garlic mash.
Larder staples such as pasta, jams, chutney’s, pickled vegetables, cakes and chocolate truffles are all lovingly handmade at the restaurant, with specially selected items available to take-home from the cake bar.

THE BAR AND TERRACE
Located on the mezzanine, The Bar features an adjoining smoking Terrace popular among guests and local residents alike. The Terrace features a well-curated humidor of vintage Cuban cigars, exquisite cocktails and cuisine. Inside, a discreet corner of the bar serves as the Snug, a superb spot to curl up on a cashmere sofa and share a secret among friends.
