Boasting an Art Deco-meets-industrial design, Caulfield's Bar and Dining Room in Beverly Hills features dishes from veteran chef Stephen Kalt. Standouts at this inspired Beverly Hills steakhouse include roasted beet and carrot salad with avocado and pumpkin seeds; a selection of grilled pizzettes, and house-smoked Steelhead trout in a jar with crème fraîche, egg, and pickled fennel. The dinner menu features Pacific fluke crudo with pear, radish, coconut milk, Finger lime, and ginger; roasted duck breast with Gaviota strawberries, Padrón peppers, and cipollini onions; and acorn-fed Spanish pork with roasted pears, carrots, Brussels sprout leaves, Medjool dates, and pomegranate.
The dining room includes a 12-seat marble-top communal table, custom leather armchairs, and antiqued mirrors backing the bar, among other highlights. With a separate entrance from the hotel, the restaurant also boasts a new sunroom featuring nearly 360-degree wood paneled windows against a white brick wall and a new collection of russet-colored leather banquettes.
