Headed up by award-winning Chef Andrew Weissman (formerly of Le Rêve in San Antonio), the new French restaurant in San Antonio features hints of South Texas housed in a revamped building with limestone, reclaimed wood, custom steel doors, and an idyllic pergola fit for outdoor seating. Focusing on sourcing the freshest ingredients from seafood to truffles and produce, the eatery designed by Dado Group Architects and Jill Giles will also feature a walk-in wine cellar and an inventive menu of Old World cocktails.
