Raise a Glass (Holiday Cheer)

This winter, take cues from expert, Liz Schultz, Food & Beverage Manager at Sunriver Resort, with tips on essentials

What are the top ingredients to have on-hand for make-at-home winter cocktails?
While the ingredients for fall/winter cocktails are endless, I always suggest having items such as cinnamon sticks, white chocolate, and maple syrup.

What are some standout winter cocktails at the Twisted River Tavern?
Recipes of three of my favorites are below. These drinks are perfect to warm you up after a day outside adventuring in the snow. The “warmer” is simple, tasty without being too sweet and features regional bourbon with a hint of cinnamon and citrus from the garnish. The Chocolate Covered Raspberry is a unique combination that comes together with the white chocolate for the perfect pick me up or late night treat. The Millionaires Coffee has been a staple at the Lodge for years, and is enjoyed every season as a great go-to.
