What is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time is 3 p.m.; checkout is 12 p.m.

Do you allow smoking on property?

We allow smoking in public areas at The Cape.

Do you allow pets?

The Cape is a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of MXN 1700 per pet, per stay. 1 pet up to 50 lbs allowed; restrictions apply.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi Internet access?

Wi-Fi is complimentary to our guests throughout the hotel.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes. The hours are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week. We offer Life Fitness treadmills, static bike, dead weights, a TRX machine and yoga/pilates room.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. We have two outdoor swimming pools.

Do you have a spa?

Yes. We have Currents Spa offering ocean-view cabanas for al fresco treatments, hot and cold plunge pools, a steam room, sauna and an intimate couples treatment room with rain showers and private pool.

Do you have a fax number?

We do not have a fax number.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

We offer self-parking for an additional fee of MXN 309.06 per night

Manta - conceived by chef Enrique Olvera, Manta celebrates Pacific coasts traditions taking inspiration from his native Mexico as well as Peru, Japan and beyond.

The Ledge - contemporary Mexican dining serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
