Guests will meet the fishermen at the beach between 5-6:30am depending on weather and biting/catching conditions (as they say, early bird gets the worm!). There you can hand-select the fish that will be prepared exactly to your wishes by Chef Danny, and served beachfront at CGrill for dinner that evening. For those that cherish their beauty rest, don’t fret, Chef Danny expertly chooses a selection of fresh catch and keeps them on display for guests to swing by later that morning (between 10am to noon). The typical catch includes: grouper, sea bass, snapper, and sometimes a few rare surprises.
