A native from Tlaxcala, an ancient and historically rich region in East-Central Mexico, Daniel Manzano Flores is the chef behind the innovative spin on traditional Mexican cuisine served at C-Grill. With over 10 years of culinary experience, chef Daniel Manzano has worked in prominent restaurants in Mexico and collaborated with renowned local chefs, including Pedro Abascal and Enrique Olvera, to name a few. He has also been recognized by the State Government as Chef of the Year in Puebla for the category "Moles y Camote” and won first place in the pastry contest category "Technology and Chocolate,” also at the state level.
