What is check-in/check-out time at Thompson Nashville?

Check in time is 4 pm; check out is 11 am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sunday - Thursday: Standard cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to 4pm on arrival date.  Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a penalty of one night’s room and tax. 

Friday - Saturday: Standard cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 4pm on arrival date.  Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Do you allow smoking on property?

Thompson Nashville is a 100% smoke-free facility.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, Thompson Nashville is a pet friendly hotel. Upon check-in, a signed pet agreement will be required.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi Internet access?

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel to all our guests.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

We have a state-of-the-art fitness center located on our second floor. It is open 24 hours a day, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking 11th Avenue.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center; however, we have a guest laptop at the front desk that is available for guest use free of charge. Our team is also happy to print documents for hotel guests.

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa onsite. Our concierge can arrange in-room spa services and/or suggest nearby spas for your enjoyment.

PARKING

Do you have onsite parking?

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $46/night. Self parking is also available directly across the street from the hotel at the ICON for $40/night.

MARKETING

Can I take pictures at the hotel?

You're welcome to take snapshots of your visit with us! Please note that all professional photography or staged shoots (from weddings and events to bachelorette parties and commercial needs) require a permit obtained from our marketing department in advance, and fees may apply.
